Map of Middle Earth

This project was easily the most time-consuming woodburning piece I have completed so far, and one of the most satisfying. I spent much of my childhood filling my imagination with the realm of Middle Earth, so it was fitting that I imprint these mythological details on a beautiful piece of honey locust.

I have vague dreams of re-creating this project again - whether that be on another statement piece of live-edge wood, or as a coffee table top or some other piece of furniture. If you have ideas, feel free to reach out!
